Guy is a Director of Glenville Walker and Property & Construction Partner at the firm.

Guy joined Glenville Walker in January 2023 as a Director and Partner of Property & Constrcution department, having previously been a partner at another blue-chip law firm located in the North-West bringing with him 16 years of experience as a Real Estate Lawyer.

As a Partner in the property team, Guy advises and represents clients for all property matters. Guy specialises in the sale and purchase of commercial property, the sale and purchase of development land (including advising on option agreements and conditional contracts), commercial lease negotiation and management, secured lending, corporate support and the sale and purchase of high value residential property.

Guy qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and has since then successfully acted for a number of banks in relation to multi-million-pound finance deals. One of his proudest achievements was acting for a multinational wind turbine company locating to the North-East of England. He has also provided property advice to several large local business and financial institutions. Guy prides himself on his ability to provide all of his clients with pragmatic advice in a cost-efficient manner. Through his vast knowledge and years of expertise, we are excited for Guy to push the property team towards success as part of the next phase of growth at Glenville Walker.

Outside of work, Guy enjoys attending non-league football and spends his time winding down by watching snooker.
