Joanna Sproson

Joanna joined the Glenville Walker team in April 2021 as a trainee solicitor and has since qualified as a solicitor into the Corporate department.

Joanna completed her law degree at Lancaster University in 2016 and went on to complete her LPC and Master’s degree in Law and Business at the University of Law in Chester whilst working part-time at a regional law firm. Joanna then spent three years as a Senior Paralegal at a magic circle law firm in Manchester specialising in due diligence, contract negotiation and anti-trust and competition but was keen to return to Liverpool and further her legal career with Glenville Walker and Partners.

Joanna is looking forward to collaborating with Glenville Walker and Partners’ clients throughout the lifecycle of their transactions and helping the firm to provide forward thinking legal advice as efficiently as possible.

In her spare time, Joanna enjoys unwinding with friends and hunting out the best local food haunts Liverpool has to offer. She also has a love for travel and all things equestrian.

"Really knowledgeable, insightful, strategic and responsive. The advice and guidance I have received from Denise, Joanna and Michael has been invaluable in several areas of my business including, litigation, company share buy-back & options, employment law and contracts. A female-led business with true grit that’s authentic, realistic and honest – I’m glad I had GW on my side."
