Glenville Walker is recruiting a Commercial Property Partner Solicitor to join our specialist business law firm in Liverpool.

As we enter the next phase of our firms growth strategy, we are building for the future by strengthening our established Property and Construction Department. This is a senior opportunity for an experienced commercial property lawyer with 10+ years’ PQE, a strong client following and a proven track record in business development.

You will manage high quality commercial property transactions, develop client relationships, support junior solicitors and play an active role in the continued growth of a progressive, partner-led law firm.

The role

Our commercial property team advises on high-value sales and acquisitions, commercial and residential development, secured lending, commercial leases, corporate support and complex property matters for developers, investors, lenders, occupiers and business clients.

We are looking for a commercially minded Partner who can provide clear, strategic and practical legal advice while helping to shape the future of the department and the wider firm.

What we are looking for

You will be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with significant Partner-level experience, excellent technical ability, strong client management skills and the confidence to lead transactions independently.

A strong client following is essential, together with an entrepreneurial approach and a genuine interest in business development, team leadership and long-term growth.
