Property & Construction

Abishna joined Glenville Walker in April 2025 as a Trainee Solicitor within the Property and Construction department, working on a range of residential property and commercial property matters. In her role she works closely with stakeholders from developers, investors and contractors to landlords and tenants.

Prior to joining Glenville Walker, she achieved a 2:1 in her LLB Law undergraduate degree at the University of Chester and a Distinction in the LLM LPC at Liverpool John Moores University.

Following her studies, Abishna worked for a large law firm in the Major Inquests and Inquiries department, particularly on the Covid Inquiry, the largest statutory public inquiry in British history, where she progressed from Paralegal to Caseworker. She was also the Head of the Diversity Committee, which led her to win the Merseyside Junior Lawyers Division Care in the Community Award in 2024 for her work promoting diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.

Abishna was drawn to Glenville Walker due to our high reputation as business law specialists, friendly culture and commitment to long-term talent development.

In her spare time, she enjoys travelling where she is able to explore new cultures, personal training sessions, unwinding with friends and trying out new restaurants.

BIOGRAPHY
WHAT THEY SAY

"I have just signed contracts for the licensing of a patent thanks to Glenville Walker's expert input, help and advice. They have great professional expertise in this area and were highly skilled at guiding me through all the ins and outs of different contract clauses. They were razor sharp and super quick in all their responses but also listened very carefully to what I needed. A strong recommendation is easy to give."
