Andrius joined Glenville Walker in November 2025, previously a Partner at Brabners LLP, where he spent 18 years in the Housing Department. Among other responsibilities, he was advising one of the UK's largest property portfolio landlords on complex property matters during his employment there. He has extensive experience in leasehold management, plot disposals, development schemes, Building Safety Act compliance, refinancing structures, and large-scale portfolio transactions. His work includes auction disposals and acquisitions, affordable home ownership schemes, lease renewals and variations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory Housing Acts in property transactions.
Throughout his career, Andrius has handled particularly interesting transactions, including matters involving rare reverter tenure under the Schools Act, Charities Act property transactions, and adverse possession and restrictive covenant advice. He values client relationships and is known for his ability to work independently whilst maintaining clear communication on complex legal issues.
Andrius qualified as a solicitor in 2007. He holds an LLB and BCom (Law) from the University of Pretoria, a Graduate Diploma in Law from Manchester Metropolitan University, and completed his Legal Practice Course at Liverpool John Moores University with Commendation. Outside work, Andrius enjoys racquetball, rock climbing, yoga, cycling, and travel.
